My ground floor apartment (new building from 2018) is located in the south outside of Frankfurt am Main, between Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt.

Easy accessible to go to Frankfurt am Main or Darmstadt by S-Bahn if you need to commute for work or study.

Frankfurt airport is 15min. drive by car.

The apartment has a luxury interior, meaning parket floors and beautiful tiles, the apartment has floor heating in winter and floor cooling in summer. All windows have electric shutters.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 is for you) a bath room with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen and garden with terrace, a basement and room for washing machine/dryer. The apartment also comes with a underground private garage place and there is a secured part for bicycles.

I am looking to move to Stuttgart in the near future (probably end of 2024), but I don’t want to leave Frankfurt area fully behind yet, therefor I am looking for someone to share my apartment with and I will only be there from time to time to sleep, when visiting friends in Frankfurt (I think maybe 1 weekend a month).

I have 2 small dogs that join me (they are very clean, sweet and don‘t disturb, they have been raised well).

You will have the apartment basically for yourself the moment I have moved to Stuttgart.

I am 43 years old, born in Belgium and since 2017 living in Germany, I work international in sales in the food industry. I don’t smoke, I am a relaxed and social person.
