We will be subletting our lovely apartment of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (with shower and bath tub), guest toilet (with Washing machine), living room including dining area, fully equiped kitchen and Loggia from November 2024 until end of April 2025 (registration/anmeldung is possible).

The building was built in 2020 and we were the first tenant of the apartment that includes very high quality materials and equipment such as oak flooring, triple glazing windows, electric motorised blinds, fully equiped kitchen, under floor heating and controlled mechanical ventilation.

The apartment is offered for a fix period of 6 months and is rented fully furnished including: freezer, coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, oven, dishwasher, stove, multiple sets of cutleries, glasses, dishes, utensils, 55in TV, washing machine strage cabinets, beds, child bed, sofa, dining table/chairs and much more.

It also comes with one of the bedrooms equiped for a young child, so it is a perfect fit for those who have one or 2 young children. The apartment is also equipped with children protection measures on electric plugs, gate to the kitchen, anti door openers, etc. The room can also be converted to an adult room with a double bed if requested.

the rooms are very spacious and the living area is open to the kitchen which offers a very big space that can be extended to the Loggia that can be open or closed with integrated glazing.

Internet and electricity are not included (50eur for high speed internet up to 1000Mbits and about 70eur for electricity)
