Last year I completed my teaching studies in Marburg and in May I started my lecture at the High School in Frankfurt. I'm looking for an apartment in Frankfurt.

My subjects are politics & philosophy. I play field hockey and hall hockey and would describe myself as sociable people as a whole, but I also like to have my rest from time to time. I'm not a smoker and have no pets.
My parents live in Bensheim. I'd go and visit her every weekend. The same goes for my friend who lives in Marburg.
I am looking forward to my Referendariat and I am curious what comes to me. A nice apartment in good location would naturally make this time even more beautiful for me.

As for me as a tenant, I am uncomplicated and tidy. I already have all the documents. In addition, my father would take over a guarantee for me or to the rental contract if that was desired.

ich habe vergangenes Jahr mein Lehramtsstudium in Marburg abgeschlossen und beginne im Mai mein Referendariat am Gymnasium in Frankfurt. Ich suche daher ab sofort eine Wohnung in Frankfurt.

Meine Fächer sind Politik & Philosophie. Ich spiele Feld- und Hallenhockey und würde mich insgesamt als geselligen Menschen beschreiben, habe aber ab und zu auch gerne meine Ruhe. Ich bin nicht-Raucher und habe keine Haustiere.
Meine Eltern wohnen in Bensheim. Die würde ich am Wochenende ab und zu besuchen. Das gleiche gilt natürlich für meine Freundin, die in Marburg wohnt.
Ich freue mich auf mein Referendariat und bin gespannt, was so auf mich zukommt. Eine nette Wohnung in guter Lage würde diese Zeit für mich natürlich noch schöner gestalten.

Was mich als Mieter betrifft, bin ich unkompliziert und ordentlich. Alle Dokumente habe ich bereits parat. Außerdem würde mein Vater eine Bürgschaft für mich übernehmen oder mit in den Mietvertrag, falls das gewünscht ist.
