Da mein Mann und ich einen Auslandsaufenthalt geplant haben, möchten wir unsere zentral gelegene und sehr gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von Anfang September 2024 bis Ende Juli 2025 möbliert untervermieten.  Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, hat ca. 47 Quadratmeter und besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und einem kleinen Balkon zur Südseite hin (mit Blick auf Frankfurts Skyline). Wir fühlen uns seit knapp 9 Jahren hier sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für eine Einzelperson als auch für Paare geeignet.  Wir werden unsere Möbel und Küchenutensilien etc. da lassen. Die Wohnung wird also möbliert und komplett ausgestattet vermietet. Es gibt eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Beamer, eine Siebträger-Espressomaschine und alles, was man sonst so braucht. Ihr könnt auch gerne Handtücher und Bettwäsche benutzen.

As my husband and I are spending some time abroad, we would like to sublet our centrally located and very cosy 2-room flat furnished from the beginning of September 2024 until the end of July 2025.  The flat is located in a small building, has approx. 47 square metres and consists of two rooms of roughly the same size, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony facing south ( and Frankfurts Skyline). The house is very private and quiet. We love to live here since nine years. The flat is suitable for one person or a couple .  We would like to leave our furniture and kitchen utensils etc. there. The flat will therefore be rented furnished and fully equipped. There is of course enough storage space for your own clothes and belongings. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, a projector and everything else you need.
You can even use our towels and bedsheets if you would like to !
So really turn-key-ready :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Frankfurter Ostend,in der Nähe der EZB, nur ca. 5 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn-Station Ostendstraße, 1 Minute zu U-Bahn Station „Zoo“ , 2 min zur Strassenbahn Ostendstr. und etwa 12 Minuten zur Fuß in die Innenstadt. Außerdem ist der Main nicht weit. Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt es in Laufnähe, außerdem ist die Berger Straße und auch Sachsenhausen nicht weit. Generell kommt man durch die Bahnanbindung, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad überall sehr schnell hin.   ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________   The flat is very centrally located in Frankfurt's Ostend district- close to the ECB, just a 5-minute walk to the Ostendstraße S-Bahn station. Tram (2min) and subway (1 min) are equally close, it takes only about 12 minutes on foot to the city centre. The Main is also just around the corner. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood and Sachsenhausen is not far away. In general, you can get everywhere very quickly thanks to the good transport links, but also by bike.

Im monatlichen Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten sowie Internet, Warmwasser, Gas, Strom, GEZ enthalten. Das Hinterlegen einer Kaution ( 3 Monatskaltmieten ) und das Vorhandensein einer Haftpflichtversicherung sind Voraussetzung.
Drei Gehaltsnachweise und Schufa (request now) .
