SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT 01Oct.2024-31. Dec 2024
I plan to sublet my flat while I am away on a 3-month sabbatical.
•Flat will be left fully furnished. Full month rent will be €1350. This
includes all additional costs, i.e. utilities, internet , etc.
Deposit money additional: 2000€ (which is returned after flat returned without issues).
•I highly prefer to rent out to a female person. Ideally to an established,
working individual, who is responsible, clean/tidy and a non
smoker.
•You would be immediately integrated into a safe network since
my neighbours are extremely kind (all established professors,
lawyers and doctors) and since one of them is a also closer friend
of mine. :)
Regarding flat
•This elegant “altbau” apartment has tall ceilings and was
completely renovated last year. Wooden flooring through most
of the apartment. Bathroom and hall entrance are tiled.
•The flat is designed in such a way you can divide or extend into
open spaces. As shown in photos, the bigger bedroom and
central living room are next to each other and can be separated
or made into extended space by closing or opening the French
doors. Living room can be connected to the kitchen or also
divided using the French doors.
•The main larger bedroom is furnished with a single bed 90 x
200 cm, a sofa, which is expandable into a double bed (very
comfortable to sleep in). There are tall closets and wardrobes.
Bedding accessories such as blankets, bed linen, etc. will be all
be available. Could consider to replace single bed with 140x200 if desired.
•Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or baking. There is a
dishwasher and a microwave. Dining is possible in the kitchen or
at dining table positioned within living-/dining room.
•In the smaller bedroom, there is a single bed 90 x 200cm,
clothing cabinet, a desk, chair, bookshelves and lamps.
•The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
•The morning sun shines through the windows from the bedroom
side then in the afternoons on the balcony side.
