Location

The apartment is very new, around 5 years old. It is not fully furnished, but the kitchen (including a dishwasher) comes included and does not need to be purchased. There are a few pieces of furniture that are integrated into the apartment which need to be sold to the next tenant (shelves, kitchen cupboard, lamps, bathroom shelves, balcony umbrella). For all the integrated furniture, the price is 1500€. That’s basically the minimum.

There is a storage area for bikes and a room for the washing machine in the basement. There is also a car-sharing car in the garage that is very cheap and only available to residents. The other residents are very friendly – a lot of young, international professionals.

The ideal move in date is first of January, but it can be a little flexible.

The Main is about 5 minutes by foot, and the Ostpark (one of the largest green areas in Frankfurt) is about 8 minutes walking.
