Ich werde im Sommer circa 4-6 Wochen in Hamburg verbringen und suche daher jemanden, der die Wohnung mit mir für diesen Zeitraum tauscht. Ich bin flexibel was den Beginn betrifft, es sollte jedoch zwischen Juni und August sein
.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um in circa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen zu kommen.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 9 Minuten.
Zum Südbahnhof sind es 10min und daher ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.
Kühlschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Spülmaschine und alles weitere ist vorhanden und kann gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und auch gepeilt. Sie liegt mir sehr am Herzen. Daher werde ich sie nur vermieten, wenn ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl habe.
Haftpflichtversicherung ist Voraussetzung.
