Dear people, I rent my beautiful city apartment for the specified period. It is suitable for a person or for a couple. The balcony with its view and planting is the jewel of the apartment. It is important that the plants are also poured during time. In winter, ds will probably be very rarely necessary.

The 18 sqm living room with open hall has high ceilings up to 3.50m, four balcony doors and an additional window. So it's super bright. In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa, an armchair, a small wooden table with chairs, an electric piano that can be used.

In the bedroom there is a bed with dimensions 2m times 1.40m.
Also from here you come to the balcony.

The kitchen room is separated with a door. You can eat on a folding table with high chair, in the living room or on the balcony. It is a full wood kitchen that needs a bit of caution and care.

The bathroom has a shower and an electric roof window. A washing machine is available

There is a laundry room in the EC and a bicycle room.

WLan is also available.

Liebe Menschen, ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Stadtwohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum. Sie eignet sich für eine Person oder für ein Paar. Der Balkon mit seiner Aussicht und Bepflanzung ist das Schmuckstück der Wohnung. Wichtig ist, dass die Pflanzen während der Zeit auch gegossen werden. Im Winter wird ds wahrscheinlich aber nur sehr selten notwendig sein.

Das 18 qm Wohnzimmer mit offenem Flur hat hohe Decken bis 3,50m, vier Balkontüren und ein zusätzliches Fenster. Es ist also super hell. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein bequemes Ledersofa, ein Sessel, ein kleiner Holztisch mit Stühlen, ein E-Piano, das gerne benutzt werden darf.

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Bett mit den Maßen 2m mal 1,40m.
Auch von hier kommt man auf den Balkon.

Der Küchenraum ist mit einer Tür abgetrennt. Essen kann man an einem Klapptisch mit Hochstuhl, im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon. Es ist eine Vollholzküche, die ein bisschen Vorsicht und Pflege braucht.

Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein elektrisches Dachfenster. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden

Im EG gibt es einen Wäschetrockenraum, sowie einen Fahrradraum.

WLan ist natürlich auch vorhanden.

Am liebsten ist mir eine Buchung über Airbnb, dann ist auch geleich alles versichert.
