About the apartment:

In our apartment, four students live in the twenties, but we welcome people of all ages and sexes. We place emphasis on a clean and respectful living environment and are particularly open to those who enjoy cultural exchange. We are a queer-friendly WG, often discuss politically and love to share experiences with people of different backgrounds. We are a pro-Palestine WG and only accept people who share this attitude.

The apartment is well located, just 4 minutes from the tram, 10 minutes to the city centre and 15-20 minutes by bike. You will find a shopping centre with grocery stores, a second hand shop, drugstores, a pharmacy and a bank. The Dietenbachpark is also right next door - perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities!

Important details:
We are looking for a long-term main tenant to take over the rental contract (1-2 years). This means that we need either you or a guarantor (e.g. a parent) with an income that covers the total rent of €2200 as a financial security for the landlord. However, the rent is divided among all tenants as usual.

Wir sind eine queer-freundliche WG, diskutieren oft politisch und lieben es, Erfahrungen mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft zu teilen. Wir sind eine pro-Palästina-WG und akzeptieren nur Menschen, die diese Haltung teilen.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, nur 4 Minuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt, also 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15-20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Direkt gegenüber finden Sie ein Einkaufszentrum mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, einem Second-Hand-Laden, Drogerien, einer Apotheke und einer Bank. Außerdem ist der Dietenbachpark gleich nebenan – perfekt zum Entspannen oder für Outdoor-Aktivitäten!

Wichtige Details:
Wir suchen einen langfristigen Hauptmieter zur Übernahme des Mietvertrags (1-2 Jahre). Das bedeutet, dass wir entweder dich oder einen Bürgen (z. B. ein Elternteil) mit einem Einkommen benötigen, das die Gesamtmiete von 2200 € als finanzielle Sicherheit für die Vermieterin abdeckt. Die Miete wird jedoch wie gewohnt unter allen Mietern aufgeteilt.
