Since I am abroad for four months, I offer my modern and furnished 2-room apartment for rent for four months from 01.04. to 31.07.2025. Precise data can be discussed.

The apartment is located in Haslach, close to the tram stop Krozinger Straße and is located in the 1st OG. On foot are in 10 min. many shopping opportunities such as bakers, dm, pharmacy, grocery stores and a post. The city centre is 15-20 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by tram.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (including induction stove and dishwasher), a bathroom with washing machine, a small storage room, a large dining/living room with TV and Internet, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony with seating set.
The house also includes a bicycle cellar in which the wheel can be parked. There are also many parking spaces in front of the house. On the street in front of the house there are also many free parking spaces for cars.

I offer the apartment for 1.150 € warm all-inclusive per month. So with heating, internet, electricity, garbage and GEZ. In addition, a deposit
in the amount of 2,000 €. The apartment is suitable for one person or for couples without children well. It is not suitable for a WG. Only non-smoking and no pets.

A proof of salary and liability insurance shall be provided for approval by the house administration.

Da ich für vier Monate im Ausland bin, biete ich meine moderne und möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für vier Monate vom 01.04. bis 31.07.2025 an. Genaue Daten können besprochen werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Haslach, nah der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Krozinger Straße und befindet sich im 1. OG. Zu Fuß sind in 10 Min. viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, dm, Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Post zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt fährt man mit dem Rad 15-20 min. und mit der Straßenbahn 15 min.

Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche (inkl. Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine), ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, einen kleinen Abstellraum, ein großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit TV und Internet, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen Balkon mit Sitzgarnitur.
Zum Haus gehört auch ein Fahrradkeller, in dem das Rad abgestellt werden kann. Vor dem Haus gibt es auch viele Abstellplätze. An der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es auch viele kostenlose Parkplätze für Autos.

Ich biete die Wohnung für 1.150 € warm all-inkl. pro Monat an. Also mit Heizung, Internet, Strom, Müll und GEZ. Zusätzlich ist eine Kaution
in Höhe von 2.000 € zu bezahlen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Person oder für Paare ohne Kinder gut. Sie ist nicht für eine WG geeignet. Nur an Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere.

Für die Genehmigung durch die Hausverwaltung muss ein Gehaltsnachweis sowie eine Haftpflichtversicherung vorliegen.
