We rent our cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the period 1 June to 15. September 2025 and are looking for reliable and nice people who want to live in sunny Freiburg for the summer.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window and has a balcony that is very sunny until noon.
The large kitchen is well suited for common cooking and food.
The apartment is located in Haslach and is within 8 minutes walk from the tram stop and many shopping facilities.

A car parking space right in front of the house is also included.

Animals are not allowed in the apartment, nor smoke. There is a balcony for this.

If there is interest, the apartment can be visited immediately after consultation.

1400 Euro per month includes all incidentals as well as WLAN etc.

Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung im Zeitraum 1.Juni bis 15. September 2025 und suchen dafür zuverlässige und nette Menschen, die für den Sommer im sonnigen Freiburg leben wollen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell dank der bodentiefen Fenster und hat einen Balkon der bis Mittags sehr sonnig ist.
Die große Küche eignet sich gut zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Haslach und ist fußläufig 8 min von der Straßenbahn Haltestelle und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.

Ein PKW Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ebenfalls enthalten.

Tiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, genauso wenig wie rauchen. Dafür gibt es den Balkon.

Falls Interesse besteht kann die Wohnung nach Absprache ab sofort bereits besichtigt werden.

1400 Euro pro Monat enthalten alle Nebenkosten sowie WLAN etc.
