Wir ziehen zum 15.8. aus unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Freiburg-Haslach aus und suchen Nachmieter_innen.
Hier ein paar Details zur Wohnung:
- insgesamt ca. 60 m2, ausgebauter Dachstuhl im 4. OG eines Altbaus
- ein großes (30m2) ein mittleres (15m2) und ein kleines (8m2) Zimmer
- Küche (mit Spülmaschine) ist vorhanden und grenzt an großes Zimmer an
- Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne
- Waschmaschine zur Mitbeutzung vorhanden
- wunderschöner Balkon mit Blick auf Vogesen und Schlossberg
- Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür
- Dm, Lidl, EDEKA, Friseur, Post alles in der Straße vorhanden
- verkehrsberuhigte Zone (20 kmh), also sehr ruhig
- monatl. 920 € WM inkl. alles (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Telefon+Internet, Müll...)
Wir haben hier sehr gerne gewohnt, ziehen im August allerdings weg aus Freiburg.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar. WG-geeignet ist sie nur bedingt.
Musiker_innen sind willkommen, da die Wohnung sehr gut gedämmt ist und man ungestört üben kann.
