Das Haus hat ein großes Bad und Schlafzimmer. Eine Stube mit Kachelofen die in zwei Räume unterteilt ist. Eines davon könnte man gut als zweites WG Zimmer nutzen das andere als Wohnzimmer. Es ist gut bewohnbar jedoch gibt es einige Stellen die man renovieren könnte. Vor einem Einzug würden daher noch Arbeiten durchgeführt werden. Mieter mit handwerklichem Geschick und Tatendrang sind gerne gesehen. Bilder werden in kürze hochgeladen.
Das Haus befindet sich außerhalb von Freiburg in March-Holzhausen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer nähe ( Linie 7212 Haltestelle: Pflugsweide ). Sie ist in 2min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Was zu beachten ist es gibt keine Zentralheizung. Es wird durch ein Kachelofen mit Holz geheizt. Auch ein Herd der mit Holz geheizt wird ist vorhanden. Außerdem ist das Haus nicht Möbeliert. Insgesamt beträgt die Wohnfläche ca. 90 qm.
