- Commercial activities in the apartment of any kind (including telephone activities) are prohibited. Pure residential area lt. town building plan.
- any form of substitute conditions (e.g. also AirBnB) is prohibited and leads to a timeless termination incl. Damage claim.
- the apartment must be accessible for reading dates and repairs

costs:
- the additional costs are estimated and may differ from the actual costs, especially since heating and water are very dependent on individual consumption.

- Gewerbe-Tätigkeiten in der Wohnung jeglicher Art (inklusive Telefontätigkeit) sind untersagt. Reine Wohngegend lt. Stadt Bebauungsplan.
- jede Form von Untermietverhältnissen (z. B. auch AirBnB) ist untersagt und führt zur fristlosen Kündigung inkl. Schadenersatzforderung.
- die Wohnung muß für Ablesetermine und Reparaturen zugänglich sein

Nebekosten:
- die Nebenkosten sind abgeschätzt und können von den wirklichen Kosten abweichen, zumal Heizung und Wasser sehr vom individuellen Verbrauch abhängt.
