Beautiful ground floor apartment in the Kartäuserstraße, which was completed last summer. We love the apartment very much, but we are only moved here because we were very urgently looking for it and then have accepted the high costs.
The kitchen has been installed in June last year and has everything you need. A dishwasher, oven, induction stove and a refrigerator with integrated icebox are provided. The bathroom is very small, has worked great for us and is also bright through the new windows to the kitchen and the hallway. Bathroom, kitchen and hallway have beautiful stones or Flowing floor, in the other rooms there is a beautiful old thief floor, which is just a little knarzt. All walls are newly painted, very high and have stucco. The apartment has a very large balcony, which has also been rebuilt. In summer a staircase is added to the garden. And then the lawn is still sown, which is then rounded off. The garden then belongs to the ground floor apartment.
The location of the apartment is super central and yet quiet. Around the corner the tribulation and walking not far away from the city.
In summer, the apartment is very pleasant due to the thick walls, then in winter a bit cooler. However, with the newly built-in heating no problem at all. The apartment has a basement compartment, just like a place for a washing machine. A parking space in front of the house can be spoken to the landlord. Our landlord does not want WGs

We are looking for a bright 2 room apartment with balcony close to town and tram connection

Wunderschöne Erdgeschoss-Altbauwohnung in der Kartäuserstraße, die erst letzten Sommer fertig renoviert wurde. Wir lieben die Wohnung sehr, sind hier allerdings nur eingezogen, weil wir ganz dringend auf Suche waren und haben dann die hohen Kosten in Kauf genommen.
Die Küche ist im Juni letzten Jahres eingebaut worden und hat alles was man benötigt. Eine Spülmaschine, Backofen, Induktionsherd und ein Kühlschrank mit integriertem Eisfach sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein gehalten, hat für uns super funktioniert und ist auch hell durch die neuen Fenster zur Küche und zum Flur hin. Bad, Küche und Flur haben schönen Stein- bzw. Fließenboden, in den übrigen Zimmern befindet sich schöner alter Dielenboden, der nur ein bisschen knarzt. Alle Wände sind neu gestrichen, sehr hoch und haben Stuck. Zur Wohnung gehört ein sehr großer Balkon, welcher auch neu gebaut wurde. Im Sommer wird noch eine Treppe in den Garten hinzugefügt. Auch wird dann noch Rasen gesät, was das ganze dann noch abrundet. Der Garten gehört dann zur Erdgeschosswohnung dazu.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral und doch ruhig. Um die Ecke die Dreisam und fußläufig nicht weit weg von der Stadt.
Im Sommer ist die Wohnung durch die dicken Wände sehr angenehm, im Winter dafür dann auch etwas kühler. Mit der neu eingebauten Heitzung aber gar kein Problem. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerabteil, so wie ein Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Über ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus kann mit dem Vermieter gesprochen werden. Unser Vermieter möchte leider keine WGs
