Die Wohnung ist in der 2 Etage eines Mehrmieter Hauses im Dachgeschoss und von der Raumaufteilung recht nett gestalltet.
Vom Flur (ca. 9 qm) ist jeder Raum leicht begehbar. Das Wohnzimmer bietet mit seinen knapp 28 qm und einem Abstellraum jede menge Platz. Gegenüberliegend kommt man zur Küche und Schlafzimmer mit jeweils ca. 14 qm.
In Freirachdorf (WW) direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse mit Stellplätzen.
Nach hinten herraus schaut man auf den Wald und vorne heraus auf Freirachdorf.
Zum Shoppen kann man in gut alle Richtungen 10 Minuten fahren um einige Einkaufszentren zu finden. Auch mit Bike oder Bus zu erreichen.
Zur A3 Anbindung sind es gerade mal 12 Minuten, genau in der Mitte von Köln und Frankfurt, jeweils ca. 100km oder in die nächst kleinere Stadt 10km.
