Meine Freundin sucht für ab den 15. August eine Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin für ihre Wohnung in Fürth. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und verfügt über eine Gasetagenheizung welche auch für das Warmwasser zuständig ist. Im Badezimmer befindet wich eine Badewanne und die Toilette ist separat. Die helle Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche. Das kleinere Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm und das Größere ca. 18qm und eignet sich daher auch für eine 2er-WG. Es können Herd und Kühlschrank, sowie Spüle mit Anrichte gegen eine Ablöse in der Küche bleiben.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Laden mit 15qm zusätzlich zur Wohnung mit zu mieten.
Von der Wohnung kommt in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Die nächste Ubahn-Haltestelle (Fürth-Stadthalle) ist ca. in 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Freizeitbad "Fürther Mare" ist in ca. 3 Minuten entfernt.
Für Gas und Strom sind in einem Einzelhaushalt ca. 80 Euro an die Stadtwerke zu entrichten.
