Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, da die 2 Zimmer getrennt begehbar sind, das Bad frisch saniert, die Lage wundervoll, ein Klavier steht im Wohnzimmer, ein PC mit DSL im Schlafzimmer, der Garten hat eine kleine Feuerstelle & 'ne Laube, der Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Auch für Familien ist sie wunderbar geeignet.Was also spricht dagegen?
