Angeboten wird eine nette 2ZKB Wohnung (58 qm) in ruhiger Lage in Geismar. Die Wohnung ist günstig (ca. 435 € warm), hell und gut geschnitten. Die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig 2 min entfernt und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat einen netten Balkon und eine funktionale Küche, die für 75 € VB übernommen werden könnte. Da es sich um eine Genossenschaftswohnung handelt, wird sich um alle Belange (z.B. evtl. anfallende Reparaturen o.Ä.) der Mieter schnell, problemlos und kostenfrei gekümmert.
Wie in dem Haupttext schon beschrieben, ist die Verkehrsanbindung gut, jedoch nicht so, dass man Straßenlärm hört. In der Nähe findet man einen Rewe-Markt, eine Eisdiele, eine Apotheke und einiges mehr. Die Anlage rund um das Haus ist sehr grün und schön angelegt und wird von den Gärtnern, die von der Genossenschaft engagiert worden sind, gut gepflegt
Ich bin eigentlich immer erreichbar bevorzugt jedoch ab 15 Uhr.
Voraussetzung für diese Wohnung ist ein Wohnberechtigungsschein, den man jedoch schnell und einfach bekommen kann
