Eine schöne Maisonette Wohnung mit 2,5 Zimmern. Es gibt eine offene Küche zum Wohnzimmer hin, ein weiteres abgetrenntes Zimmer daneben und oben einen großen Raum mit Dachschrägen.
Ein Balkon ist auch dabei. Das Bad hat kein Fenster, aber eine gute Lüftung.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert aber mit Küche übergeben. Über einzelne Übernahmen wie Palettenbänke auf dem Balkon oder Waschmaschine könnten wir reden :)
Lage ist top zentral in der Innenstadt. Alles ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Rewe, Roßmann, Apotheke, Bäcker etc).
Durch die Lage hier kommt es aber auch mal vor dass man leise Musik hört oder so also jemand sehr lärmempfindliches sollte hier eher nicht einziehen.
Die Vermieter sind privat und auch sehr nett und kümmern sich bei Anliegen schnell.
Anfragen am besten hier bei WG gesucht. Die Wohnung ist am ehesten für Paare geeignet, WGs würden eher nicht funktionieren.
