da ich für 6 Monate woanders wohnen werde und evtl. dann dort bleibe, möchte ich meine Wohnung erst mal für 6 Monate ab 01.07.2016 vermieten.
Kaltmiete 250€
Nebenkosten: 180€ (internet, Stadtwerke inkl.)
Gesamt: 430€
Auf den Bildern sind noch alle Möbel drin.
Bett und Küche würde ich auf jeden Fall drin lassen.
Sofa nehme ich mit und mein Privatkram.
Noch ist es nicht klar was ich sonst noch alles mitnehme. Darüber würden wir uns einfach noch unterhalten.
Die Wohnung hat Dielen Boden. Sehr großes Badezimmer und ein Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich zentral. Man ist relativ schnell überall.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Ruhe Liebhaber ideal, da die Wohnung an einer Seitenstraße zur Wurznerstr. Straßeenbahn 7, Wirbelstr. ist die nächste Haltestelle.
