The apartment is on the ground floor with access from both the front and the back of the house. We generally use the front entrance. We have a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and two other bedrooms. There is also a seating area outside which is shared with the other apartments. We share all the utensils in the kitchen, so you do not have to bring anything with you.
Your flatmates will be Reshma and Kangkana. Both of them are students from India. While we have been busy with our respective schedules, we sometimes cook together, watch movies or go for walks. Both of them have been extremely helpful and understanding flatmates. I can assure you that living with them will be pleasant and fun. It is important to maintain a certain level of cleanliness and cooperation within the flatshare.

Location
The apartment is located at a prime location. You will have several grocery options in close vicinity. Lidl, Rewe, Aliman are very close to us and Penny is also not far.
The central campus is about 10 minutes away on foot. We are also well connected with various bus lines (21, 22, 41, 42, 91, 92). The different bus stops are 6-12 minutes away.
The room is fully furnished, but you must pay a fixed amount to buy the furniture from the previous tenant.
