Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und ist 100m2 gross. Die drei geräumigen Zimmer liegen alle zur Süd-Seite, direktes Sonnenlicht ist also garantiert :) Ein kleiner gemütlicher Balkon mit Blick auf den grünen Garten und die Berge lädt an sonnigen Tagen zum Chillen ein.

Die Miete beträgt 1550 CHF plus Nebenkosten.

Super Anbindung: In 3 Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof Chur (keine Lärmbelästigung) oder am Theater, in 10 Gehminuten in der schönen Altstadt oder in 10 Fahrrad-Minuten am Rhein. Sportliche erreichen auch bergauf das Kantonsspital in 10 Minuten mit dem Velo ;)

Warum wir die Wohnung untervermieten? Weil wir auf Reisen gehen, unsere schöne Wohnung aber auf gar keinen Fall aufgeben möchten :)
