Wir suchen Zwischenmieter für unsere helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon im schönen Stadteil Ries. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche und Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Prinzipiell würden wir nur ein Schlafzimmer vermieten wollen, aber nach Absprache stünde sich die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Der Balkon ist südseitig ausgerichtet mit Blick auf den Ragnitzbach und den Radweg.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, der in der Miete inkludiert ist.

We are looking for a subtenant for our 3-room apartment in Graz-Ries.
The apartment has a big living room, 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with window.
Generally, we would like to rent out one bedroom only, but could also offer the entire apartment if needed.
The balcony is towards south with view of the Ragnitz stream and the cycling path right by.
There is a parking space included.

Die Wohnung liegt am Ragnitzbach in der Nähe des Ragnitzbades. Die Siedlung Kohlbachgasse ist absolut ruhig gelegen.
Die Bushaltestelle Rauchleitenstrasse ist drei Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is close to the Ragnitz stream and near the Ragnitz outdoor swimming pool. It’s a very quiet area. The bus stop Rauchleitenstrasse is in walking distance.

Wir verreisen und suchen daher Zwischenmieter für Mitte Mai bis Mitte August 2025. Der Zeitraum ist flexibel und kann auch kürzer genutzt werden. Wir würden aber ungern kürzer als einen Monat vermieten.
Die Miete ist Verhandlungssache, je nach Anzahl der Personen und Länge des Mietzeitraums.

We will be traveling and are looking for a subtenant for our apartment between mid May and mid August 2025. Length of your stay is flexible and can be shorter, but should be minimum one month. The rent is matter of negotiation depending on the number of people and the time period.
