For professional reasons, I offer at short notice 2 beautiful, bright rooms on the 2nd floor, in the southern mill board. Room prices include hot water, heating and electricity costs, Wi-Fi as well as cost of use for the furnishing.
- One room is south and has two windows (approx. 20 sqm/390,00 €)
- The smaller room (approx. 12 sqm/310,00 €) is located with a large window to the north.
Each room includes a bed, desk, chair, cabinet or shelf.
- The kitchen is equipped with hanging cabinets, vegetable rack, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, table and 2 chairs, div. dishes, everything that is necessary... :)
The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, sink with under cabinet and a high mirror cabinet with storage compartments.
The apartment is cozy and convenient at the same time - ideal for two people!

2- Zimmer für WG - all inklusiv -

Ich biete aus beruflichen Gründen kurzfristig 2 schöne, helle Zimmer in der 2. Etage, in der südlichen Mühlenvorstand. Die Zimmerpreise verstehen sich inkl. Warmwasser, Heiz- und Stromkosten, WLAN sowie als Nutzungskosten für die Möblierung.
- Ein Zimmer liegt nach Süden und hat zwei Fenster (ca. 20 qm/390,00 € )
- Das kleinere Zimmer (ca. 12 qm/310,00 € ) liegt mit einem großen Fenster nach Norden.
In jedem Zimmer wird mitvermietet: ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank oder Regal.
- Die Küche ist ausgestatt mit Hängeschränken, Gemüseregal, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herdplatte, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Tisch und 2 Stühle, div. Geschirr, alles was so nötig ist ... :)
Zur Ausstattung des Bades gehört eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit, Waschbecken mit Unterschrank sowie einen hohen Spiegelschrank mit Aufbewahrungsfächern.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig zugleich - für zwei Leute ideal!
