Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Geiststraße direkt an der Haltestelle Herrmannstraße. In der Nähe gibt es einen Konsum (1 min Fußweg) und einen Penny (3 min Fußweg). Man ist hier auch immer super versorgt, da es direkt unten 2 Döner, 2 Asiaten und die beste Pizza Halles gibt. Mehrere Bäcker sind auch da, die uns sonntags mit den besten Frühstücksbrötchen versorgt haben.

Wir möchten einige Möbel gern übergeben (Was und wie teuer ist verhandelbar). Außerdem solltest du/ihr die Küche übernehmen.

We are moving out of our beautiful apartment in Geiststraße and looking for new tenants.
The apartment is 57.50 m^2 in size (2 identical rooms, kitchen, bathroom, small hallway). It is also perfect as a flat.

You are always super catered for here as there are 2 kebabs, 2 Asians and the best pizza halls right downstairs. There are also several bakers who provided us with the best breakfast rolls on Sundays.
