Hallo zusammen,
da meine Partnerin und ich ab dem 10. Januar bis zum 10. April im Ausland sind, bieten wir unsere super schönen Altbauwohnung in der Altstadt von Altona für einen Zeitraum von 2 -3 Monaten an (wir befinden uns gerade noch im Austausch mit unserem Vermieter).
Es handelt sich um eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon im 3.OG mit Balkon. Neben einem Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad gibt es noch ein helles Wohn/Esszimmer.
Wir würden uns sehr über eine ruhige, vertrauensvolle Person/Pärchen freuen.
Die Warmmiete würde 1400€ betragen.

Die Lage ist super - Schanze, St. Pauli und die Elbe sind fußläufig in 10min erreichbar :)
