CENTRAL apartment in Altona / Ottensen

Ich biete meine schöne Zweizimmer-Wohnung in Altona / Ottensen zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich in München arbeiten werde.
Die Wohnung bietet mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten, das heißt, im hinteren Zimmer ein Bett und zusätzlich im größeren Zimmer noch ein ausklappbares Sofa. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon zur Südwest-Seite und eine neue Badewanne.
Man kann hier insgesamt sehr gut wohnen.

Der Strom muss extra bezahlt werden, Du wirst am Anfang Deiner Mietzeit ein Foto vom Stromzähler machen und dann am Ende noch eines, danach berechnen wir Deinen tatsächlichen Verbrauch. Du kannst natürlich zwischendurch auch immer auf den Stromzähler gucken und ausrechnen, was Du so verbrauchst.

I am subletting my apartment, because I am working in another part of Germany for some time. There is a bed in one of the two rooms, as well as a sofabed in the front room. The location is excellent, as we have many different shops and cafés just nearby.
It´s the most popular and trendy neighbourhood in Hamburg. The only neighbourhood where you can safely walk around at night and find open food stalls open at 1 am, people having drinks in bars with chairs on the roadside and little squares.

The Elbe river and its beach, as well as the boat to Finkenwerder / Airbus are just down the road. You can walk to Altona or Bahrenfeld station from here. Three different buses stop right outside my door. If you rent the apartment, I will supply you with all the information you will need for a good stay.
You will need to pay the electricity extra, we will take a photo of the electricity meter which you can see and control yourself when I am not there. When you move out, you need to take another photo and you will pay exactly the amount you have used.
Please do get a "Haftpflichtversicherung". It´s an insurance for possible accidental damages. You will need it in Germany anyway.
