Ich vermiete meine schöne gemütliche Wohnung in Barmbek-Süd für zwei Monate.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2,5 Zimmer, wobei ich in das halbe Zimmer meine Sachen packe, damit nicht so viel von mir rumliegt :)
Zur Verfügung steht also ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, Küche, Bad und ein großer Flur.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und in der Miete sind Strom, Wasser, Heizkosten und Internet enthalten.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nur 3 Minuten Fußweg von der U Bahn Station Hamburger Straße entfernt.
Ein Rewe und Aldi befinden sich in nur 100m Entfernung. Außerdem befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum Hamburger Meile in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In paar Minuten ist man am Eilbekkanal von dem man bis zur Alster spazieren kann.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man super schnell überall! Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in nur 10 Minuten.

Ich würde mich Freunden, wenn du/ihr meine Pfanzen einmal die Woche gießen könntet (Notfalls kann ich sie aber auch zu Freunden bringen 😄) und hoffe natürlich dass du/ihr euch in meiner Wohnung wohl fühlt.
