Hallo,
hiermit biete ich meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Sie liegt in Bramfeld sehr zentral in der Haldesdorfer Strasse und hat sämtlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
Da ich nun vor habe in die Schweiz auszuwandern, meine Möbel aber hier lassen muss, vermiete ich die Wohnung komplett möbliert mit EBK, Waschmaschine und allem drum und dran. Einen Balkon habe ich leider nicht aber dafür eine großartige aussicht. Zunächst habe ich mir zur Zwischenmiete einen ungefähren Zeitraum über mind. 6 Monate gedacht, darüber lässt sich aber reden. Die Warmmiete wird 400 € betragen.
