Hallo,
ich suchen einen ordentliche Zwischemieter für o.g. Zeitraum. Bad und Küche sind ein wenig altbacken, aber die Nähe zum Zentrum reisst das wieder raus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahn fast vor Haustür (S-Bahn Hasselbrookstrasse).
Bad läuft mit Boiler, hier, obwohl Boiler nagelneu, bleibt das Wasser ca. 5 min nur warm. Doof, aber man überlebt es. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet, meine Privatsachen werde ich im Keller deponieren, weshalb dieser also nicht Verfügbar wäre.
Aber wie gesagt, Whg ist ganz ordentlich und nah am Zentrum (3 stationen = 6min zum Hauptbahnhof).
Des weiteren ist Internet inkl. Verbindung ist schnell, weiss aber nicht genau, wie die heisst, auf jedenfall gerade neu von Vodafone.
