I am renting out my apartment in the heart of the Grindelviertel for interim rent, provisionally until the end of January 2025, possibly longer - after consultation with you. Shorter and longer periods are possible - just send me your request.
It is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and has a beautiful balcony.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people, but not as a shared apartment (WG), as the kitchen and living area are combined in one room and the other separated room ist the bedroom.
There is an open living/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a storage room, as well as a large bicycle cellar.
It is possible to have a dog in the apartment, but only if it behaves absolutely calmly and well and is not left alone in the apartment all day. Behind the house there is a large garden that can be shared.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
The house is in a well-maintained condition. The neighborhood is very nice, a good mix of historical flair and student atmosphere, as the university is right around the corner.
Numerous restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.
