Ich suche ab 1.November.2021. eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für diese gemütliche Wohnung in Eimsbüttel. Kosten würde es monatlich 890 Euro (inklusive: Internet, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Rundfunk). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht; Waschmaschine ist ein wichtiger Punkt und Vorteil :).
Was auf den Bildern nicht gezeigt wird (was die Wohnung tatsächlich hat) ist wichtige Haushaltsgeräte wie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Bettwäsche, Tücher, etc. Du musst nur deine Toilettenartikel mitbringen :).

I'm looking from 1st of November, 2021 a sub-tenant for this cozy apartment in Eimsbüttel. It costs 890 euros per month (including: internet, electricity, gas, water, radio & TV). The apartment has everything you could need; the Washing machine is pretty important and useful :).
What is not shown in the pictures (but that the apartment indeed has) are household appliances such as kettle, coffee machine (manual & electric), vacuum cleaner, clothes horse (to dry your clothes), pots, pans, bed linen, towels, etc. You just have to bring your toiletries :).
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Eimsbüttels in einer sehr ruhigen straße. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es die beliebteste Bäckerei Eimsbüttles: "Die kleine Konditorei", ein Getränkemarkt, unzählige Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, DM, Galeria Kaufhof, Rossmann, etc.
Die U-Bahn ("Osterstraße" Haltestelle) ist in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the heart of Eimsbüttel in a very quiet street. Eimsbüttle's most popular bakery is right outside the front door: "Die Kleine Konditorei", a beverage market, countless bars, restaurants, and shops such as Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, DM, Galeria Kaufhof, Rossmann, etc.
The underground ("Osterstraße" stop) can be reached by foot in 5 minutes.
