Da ich einen längeren Auslandsaufenthalt habe, vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter.
Es ist alles an Möbeln vorhanden, was man benötigt, Bett / Couch / Fernseher / Waschmaschine / Ofen / Herd / Spülmaschine... etc.
Das genaue Ein- & Auszugsdatum kann individuell festgelegt werden, also auch ein paar Tage früher oder später.
Die Lage ist super schön, viele kleine Cafés in der Nähe, ruhige Seitenstraße. Man kommt easy ins Zentrum (Schanze 10 Minuten mit dem Rad / 15 Min Öffis ).
Supermärkte sind ums Eck der Nähe (Penny / Rewe / Edeka / Budni - 5 bis 10 Minuten), jeden Samstag ist ein schöner Wochenmarkt in der Straße.
In den Nebenkosten sind Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Hausratsversicherung enthalten.
