Die Wohnung ist in den Grindelhochhäusern und wird von der SAGA verwaltet. Das Haus ist schön gelegen. Die Whg. ist 1.OG, hell, renoviert, Courtrag-frei und sehr zentral. Alster, Schanze, Eppendorf (UKE) und Univiertel sind in Fußnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der Nähe.
Abstell zimmer (in wohnung) und ein Keller vorhanden. Warmmiete circa 630 Euro (Stromkosten zzl.). Ich habe hier gern die 5 Jahre gewohnt. Küchenregale sind vorhanden. ElektoHerd ist nicht inklusiv aber kaufmoglichkeit von vormieter. Das Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, und komplette mit Laminat.
Besichtigung Samstag (06.08.11) Abend Oder Sonntag (07.08.11) Morgen möglich. Bitte Termin telefonisch (0176 ----/-------) machen und bitte Gehaltsnachweis mitbringen. Entscheidung nächste Woche in einem Gespräch bei der SAGA.
