Ich biete unsere 90 qm Wohnung in der Karolinenstrasse von 30.07 bis 17.08.2023 an maximal 2 Leuten, für 150 Euro. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross , Altbau, mit Fahrstühl, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, 1 Schlafzimmer, und eine Wohnküche plus ein Wohnzimmer. Es ist komplett möbliert und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich gegenüber der Messe Hamburg, ein Katzensprung von der Schanze, Sankt Pauli, und Innenstadt. Wir sind spontan 3 Wochen weg und wir brauchen jemand, der auf unseren 2 Katzen aufpasst. Die sind wirklich total unkompliziert,schlafen nicht im Bett und sind pflegeleicht. In dem Preis sind Strohm, Gas, Wasser, Internet Inklusiv.
Bitte meldet ihr euch nur, wenn ihr bereit sind für die Zeit auf die beiden aufzupassen.
Top Lage im Karoviertel in der Nähe von Sankt Pauli,Schabze und die Innenstadt. Gegenüber gibt es die U2 Messe und sonst 100 m. entfernt die U3 Feldstrasse. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.(Rindermarktalle). Die Wohnung ist mega zentral. Auch die Reeperbahn ist ca 10 min.mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
