Zwischenmiete im schönen St. Pauli Nord

Ich suche eine/n nette/n Untermieter/in für meine wunderschöne kleine und sehr gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung im schönsten Teil St. Paulis (nördlich der Reeperbahn), da ich ab Februar bis Juli im Ausland sein werde. Die Untermiete ist befristet, - von Anfang Februar oder früher bis Ende Juli 2022. Wenn ich zurück bin, könntest du weiter das kleine Zimmer bewohnen nach Absprache und zum halben Preis.

Ich bin zur Zeit noch in Hamburg und zeige dir gerne die Wohnung, du kannst falls nötig auch schon vor Februar in das kleine Zimmer einziehen und hättest ab Februar die ganze Wohnung für dich alleine.

Die Wohnung ist Altbau und (teil)möbliert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, Holzbank und Tisch und Küchenschrank. Badezimmer mit WaMa und - im Winter sehr angenehm - einer Badewanne! Es gibt 2 Zimmer zur Benutzung: ein kleines semi-möbliert 9qm mit Matraze und Schrank und mein Zimmer, voll möbliert mit Sessel, (Gäste-)matraze und Schreibtisch. Wohnung und Zimmer sind beide sehr hell, sehr ruhig und mit Ausblick auf den Garten.

Ich suche jemanden, der sich zuverlässig um mein Zuhause kümmert, aber für den/die es auch kein Problem ist, die Wohnung, sollte ich früher zurück sein oder später gehen, für eine Zeit zu teilen. Daher vermiete ich auch nur an EINE Person (keine Paare, sorry).

I am looking for a nice person to sublet my beautiful small and very comfortable 2-room apartment in the most beautiful part of St. Paulis (north of the Reeperbahn).

I am currently in Hamburg and available for showing the flat to you. I want to sublet my appartment from the beginning of February till end of July 2022. There is an option to stay on in the small bedroom for half the rent after I return. The small room is also available earlier, if need be.

The flat is an old building and it is furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cosy sitting corner, wooden bench and table and showcase. Bathroom with washing machine and - in winter very pleasant - a bathtub! There are 2 rooms for the use: a smaller semi-furnished 9qm with mattress and cupboard and my room, fully furnished with armchair, (guest) mattress and desk. Apartment and room are both very bright, very quiet and with a view of the garden.

I am looking for someone who takes care of my home reliably, but for whom it is also no problem to share the apartment as a flat share, should I be back earlier or leave later, for a limited time.
