OFFENE BESICHTIGUNG AM FREITAG ( 10.07.15 ) UM 16:45 UHR... !!!!! Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche Bad und einen Großen Balkon wo man im Sommer wirklich super grillen kann. Die 2 Zimmer sind 12,5 und 14 m2 groß. Eine große Küche, wo der Balkon ist, ein großer Flur und ein Typisches Hamburg Badezimmer das eher kleiner ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Min von der U-Bahn Lattenkamp entfernt und von dort aus sind es 11 Min in die Hamburger Innenstadt sowie 15 bis St. Pauli. Das Haus ist im allgemeinen mehr von Studenten bewohnt, in der Wohnung ist es allerdings aber sehr ruhig und man hört nicht wenn jemand im Haus Party macht. Der Stadtpark ist ebenfalls nur 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo man im Sommer toll entspannen kann.
Waschmaschine sowie Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank und Garderobe würde ich dir gegen einen kleinen Abschlag da lassen :-)
