I am Mette (43) and mother of four-year-old twins, Bjørn and Leo.

I currently live in Denmark, but I plan to move with my children to Hamburg and find a temporary or directly a long-term home there for 8-12 months, where our closest friends also live.

A few words to me:

I am a quiet, responsible household, non-smoking and have no pets. My children are creative, natural and would be happy to be part of your neighborhood.

Hamburg is familiar to me – I have already lived there from 2018 to 2019 and worked for Plan International. The temporary phase would help us find the right part of the city before my children are trained, but with the appropriate apartment we are also open to a direct permanent rental contract.

I am a professional communication expert with a Master degree in Cultural Industry from Goldsmiths University in London and over ten years of experience in the field of communication and marketing. As a freelance, I plan to continue my work in Hamburg as soon as my children have a kindergarten place.

We are looking for:

- Min. 2 rooms (we live according to the Tiny House/Minimalism concept and do not need much space)
- A balcony for herbs and flowers would be wonderful! :)
- Budget budget: 3,000 euros monthly (net)
- Entry: 1st of a month possible
- Rental period: flexible (8-12 months or unlimited)

I can provide a rental guarantee as well as a deposit and if necessary would be ready to pay three monthly rentals in advance. I will of course provide you with all necessary documents such as Schufa (request now) information, income proofs and account statements.

For sightseeing, I would like to come to Hamburg at short notice.

Ich bin Mette (43) und Mutter von vierjährigen Zwillingen, Bjørn und Leo.

Aktuell lebe ich noch in Dänemark, plane aber, mit meinen Kindern nach Hamburg zu ziehen und dort zunächst für 8-12 Monate ein temporäres oder direkt ein langfristiges Zuhause zu finden, wo auch unsere engsten Freunde wohnen.
