Ich vermiete für ein paar Wochen meine sonnige Wohnung in Hamburg.
Sie ist vom 7. Dezember - 11 Januar frei, aber bei den Daten bin ich flexibel (früher, später, kürzer wäre alles okay).

Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer, das direkt zum ruhigen Wohnerspark rausgeht. Das Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich groß und hat einen wunderschönen Balkon, der perfekt für Morgen-Kaffees in der Sonne ist :)
Die Küche ist natürlich auch voll ausgestattet und Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc. sind auch vorhanden.

I’m subletting my central Hamburg apartment for a few weeks in Nov-Jan.

The Apartment:
* Newly renovated 1br apartment with a large living room
* Spacious balcony perfect for morning coffees
* Fully equipped with the usual amenities (coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry machine etc.)

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen St. Pauli, der Sternschanze und Altona-Nord und hat einen wunderschönen Park wirklich direkt vor der Tür.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad (eine Stadtrad-Station ist direkt vor der Tür) ist man in 10 Minuten am Jungfernstieg.
Cafés, Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Bioläden, Drogerien, Apotheken, Gyms etc. sind alle in direkter Umgebung.
