Hello Everyone :),

I am subletting my cute and cozy apartment for a period of 1.5 months.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with Couch, table, chairs, wardrobe etc, and a small bedroom with a balcony. There is also a washing machine, Dishwasher and air fryer in the kitchen.
I have a very respectful roommate who comes over once or twice a month for his work purpose and stays the night in the small bedroom. so, you will have the whole apartment for yourself except for these days. This is also why the apartment is available for a cheaper rent in this location.

It's located in the Eimsbüttel district, with all necessary amenities in the close vicinity. the grocery stores are 2 minutes walk away, bus stop and U Bahn Station (Emilienstraße) at 4 mins walk away. It takes only 13 minutes by public transport to reach both Hauptbahnhof and Bf.Altona. Even though the apartment building is right next to the main road, the apartment is located in the inner end where you wont be disturbed with any traffic noices. There are also beautiful green walking lanes and parks close by for an outdoor relaxation.

I would like the person who takes the apartment to take care of my plants and check the mailbox from time to time and inform me if there is any letter.
