ich suchen eine ZWISCHENMIETER*IN oder ein Paar (keine WG) für Anfang Februar bis Juni für meine möblierte Wohnung.
Es ist eine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das eine Zimmer ist mit Bett und Couch ausgestattet (18m2, zum Innenhof Hochparterre), das andere Zimmer nach vorne raus mit Schreibtisch und Essenstisch (sieht ordentlicher als auf dem Foto mittlerweile aus, 19m2, zur Straße EG).
✨Zu Doro 28J - Psychologie - Meditation/Yoga, Deep Talk, Tanzen, Natur
Wichtig ist mir, dass du gut auf meine Pflanzen aufpassen kannst und dich ingesamt als kooperativ, zuverlässig und offen beschreiben würdest.
Ausstattung:
Hintere Zimmer: 1,40er Bett, Kommode + Kleiderstange, grüne Samtcouch, Teppich, Pflanzen
Vordere Zimmer: Teppich, Tisch, Sessel, Schreibtisch
S1 Friedrichsberg ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Gegend ist sehr bescheiden, Post und Café gleich um die Ecke, die Nachbarn sind nett
Ich sammle bis Samstag Anfragen. Besichtigungen finden zwischen dem 19. und 22.Januar und ggf. den 4.2. statt.
