I offer a partially furnished beautiful flat for sublet for 1 year.
The flat is almost centrally located, with easy access to U-Bahn (6 mins walk) as well as S-Bahn (9 mins walk) and Bus-stops.
The flat is a 2-room flat. The bedroom is partially furnished with a nice white ikea wardrobe and a 3 drawer Kommode (no bed).
The living room has a brown couch that can be expanded as bed and has storage and a big kommode. It has large windows with lots of sunlight.
There is a very nice shoes rack in the flur included.

The flat has a fully furnished kitchen with fridge and oven.

There is a coin-based Washingmachine in the Keller as well as a drying laundry room.

Since I am renting it due to lastminute moveout, I offer at this reasonable price and the contract cannot be cancelled before 1 year so i do not have to go through this process again.Registration is possible. The water and electricity you pay to your own provider and are not included in the warm rent. The heating is included, you bear your extra costs (Nachzahlung) if there is any.
