Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zum 01.10.2014
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, ~42qm, mit großem Balkon. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, sehr hell, die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Vom Wohnzimmer geht der große Balkon ab.
Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat (Schlaf-/ Wohnzimmer), PVC (Küche und Flur) und Fliesen (Bad) ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist sehr klein aber gut :), mit Dusche und Fenster.
massive Wohnungstür mit Kette, Gegensprechanlage.
Nicht WG-geeignet, weil das eine ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Neue Fenster (2012) und neues Bad (2010)!
Die EBK gebe ich gegen einen Abschlag ab, bei Interesse kann auch Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine abgekauft werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Kleefeld unmittelbar an der Eilenriede (Deutschlands größtem Stadtwald) - ein wunderbares Jogginggebiet!
- Ruhiges Haus und ruhige Umgebung, keine Hauptverkehrsstraße o.ä.
- ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß bis zur S-Bahn
- ca. 7 Min. zu Fuß bis zur U-/Stadt-Bahn
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5 Min. mit dem Rad erreichbar (ALDI, Edeka, LIDL)
- Gesamtfahrweg bis zur City: 10 Min. (S-Bahn), 20 Min. (Stadtbahn)
Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich :)
Meine Vormieterin hatte einen Hund, sodass Haustierhaltung grundsätzlich kein Problem sein sollte (kommt natürlich auf das Haustier an). Einfach mit dem Vermieter absprechen, der ist übrigens auch sehr nett!
Schreibt mir eine kurze Mail an oder ruft mich abends ab 18:30 Uhr an.
