Hej hej,

as I go abroad for 2 months, I rent my beautiful old apartment for rent. The apartment will be furnished and awaits you/euch floor, high ceilings and large windows, through which a lot of light appears in the apartment.

The apartment includes a bedroom, a study room, a cozy kitchen with adjoining living and yoga room, a bathroom with bathtub and a large south-facing balcony. For me the absolute highlight of the apartment and I am sure you like the balcony as well as me.

Since I live very minimalist, there will be room for your own furniture in the apartment. Otherwise, of course, everything you need for life is there. The apartment is great for couples or an individual. If you are interested, please write me a few lines and the rest will be discussed with a personal expert.

The old building is located in the heart of Linden, my favourite part of Hanover. Here you will find everything you need for life in 5 minutes walking distance: supermarket, kiosk, post office, cafes, bars, pharmacy, cinema... The list is long. Go to the next railway station (Leinautsraße) for 4 minutes and are at HBF with the tram line 10 within 10 minutes. Since I rent the apartment over the summer, the short path to Him and the mansions gardens is not unremarked, where you can spend the time fine with swimming, sports or in the hammock.
