I am looking for a
m loves a quiet, neat individual person (max 2) or a couple or a small family with baby. A sub-rent is ideal to take care of a long-term residence if you do not come from Hanover or just stay in time.
I rent my beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment that includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room with balcony, 1 children's room (or can be furnished as another bedroom/ office), 1 small bathroom and 1 kitchen. Nice to mention: we have floor heating and an elevator to the apartment. 3 years ago in this new building, which also exists only for 3 years.
In the bathroom is only a shower, but I decided a foldable bathtub for the cold winter days - how it works, I will explain to you then.
In the living room there is a large "big sofa" with dimensions 3,00*1,50m. Here it is easy to sleep 1-2 people. The bedroom has a 1,80*2,00m bed. A TV is available, as well as a desk and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is both a washing machine and washing machine.
Since I rent my private apartment, I expect that my Habsee abilities will be handled well and will therefore pay great attention to the selection.
Parties and pets are undesirable.
Hanover Limmer borders directly to the hip-loving Linden, but is more calm.

We live in a little busy road of a new building area. Parking is always possible, children can play in the backyard and on the playground. It's very quiet.
The apartment is surrounded by water. If you walk to the north of 5min, you can walk directly on the water (Ihme) when you walk south 5min, you are also on a sleeve of the Him. There is a beautiful forest path to walk. Behind the nearby outdoor swimming pool, it is very rural with cow meadows and cycle paths along the river. To the east you are quickly in the hip-like scene district of Linden, where there are countless bars, cafes, restaurants etc.
Opposite the apartment is a pizzeria.
A large Rewe + bakery can be reached within 50m.
A bus stop "Steinfeldstraße" can be reached in about 1min walking distance. Here the bus 700 or 170 runs through Linden and the Calenberger Neustadt direction HBF. Or the 700 bus also travels via Letter, Seelze, Lohnde, Gümmer to Dedensen.
The S-Bahn station "Brunnenstraße" is about 8 minutes walk away. Here the S 10 runs through Linden and the Calenberger Neustadt towards HBF. Or in the other direction to Ahlem.
