Da ich für einen Monat im Ausland bin, vermiete ich für diese Zeit meine sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage in der List.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß, hell und zentral. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich 3 Zimmer, jedoch wird ein Zimmer sozusagen als Abstellzimmer genutzt. In dem Zimmer steht ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Esstisch mit 5 Stühlen, ein neues großes Sofa und einen Fernseher.

I will be abroad in June and so my flat is available for that time.
The apartment is about 70 square meters, bright and centrally located. It's fully furnished: fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, bathroom with tub and a washing machine. The apartment has one bedroom with a full-size bed. The living room has a dining table with 5 chairs, a new sofa and a TV screen. There is a third room which has a big closet but is mainly used for laundry.
Verkehrmittel: Die U-Bahn-Station Lister Platz ist ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Mit den Bahnlinien ist man in 3 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Zudem fahren quasi direkt vor der Tür 5 verschiedene Buslinien in Richtung Innenstadt.
Die Lister Meile mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants und die Eilenriede als grüne Lunge Hannovers sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht.

Centrally located, only 3 minutes by subway from the central station. Nearest stop is "Lister Platz" which can be reached in 7 minutes by walking. 5 busses are running on regular basis towards the city center. The bus stop is just 1-2 minutes away.
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and the Eilenriede, the huge city forest, are just around the corner.
Nur an Nichtraucher zu vermieten.
Ein- und Auszug sind nach Vereinbarung flexibel.
