Ich suche jemanden der meine Wohnung für das Monat März und teilweise vielleicht April untermieten würde. Es ist eine helle 2 Zimmer möblierte Wohnung mit einem sonnigen Wohnzimmer. Das Bettzimmer hat einen großen Bett (140x200) mit hochwertiger Matratze. Die Küche hat alle nötige Geräte sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung hat auch einen großen Smart TV mit Netflix, Amazon Prime und Disney+ inklusive.
Die Lage: die Straße ist sehr ruhig, 10 min zu Fuß zum Hbf, sowie zum Steintor, 15 min zu Kröpcke oder Lister Meile. 2 min entfernt ist eine Aldi, Kaufland circa 7 min. Gute griechische und italienische Restaurants sind nur um die Ecke. Ein Kiosk ist auch nur 1 Minute entfernt.
Ich suche idealerweise eine ruhige verantwortungsvolle Person und bitte keine Partys. Bitte meldet euch nur bei seriöse Interesse.
