My husband and I are moving from May to October to the greenery, and come to the office and the laundry. So no WG in the classic sense, you live flat almost alone. If you're looking for a nice retreat, you're good at us.
Our 20 m2 furnished room, with direct access to the terrace, is located in our old apartment, from 1. May (possibly also somewhat earlier) until end of October 2025 available again. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the university and in 5 minutes you can reach the subway stations Christkirche or Leibniz Universität.
The apartment is fully equipped.
You can cook your favourite dishes in the kitchen. The apartment includes a bathroom, a guest toilet and a living room.
In the "economic room" there are washing machines and dryers.

Mein Mann und ich ziehen, von Mai bis Oktober ins Grüne, und kommen ab und zu um die Post und die Wäsche zu erledigen. Also keine WG im klassischen Sinne, du bewohnst du Wohnung quasi allein. Wenn du einen netten Rückzugsort suchst, bist du bei uns gut aufgehoben.
Unser 20 m2 großes möbliertes Zimmer, mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, steht in unserer Altbauwohnung, ab 1. Mai (eventuell auch etwas früher) bis ende Oktober 2025 wieder zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni und in 5 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahnstationen Christuskirche oder die Leibniz Universität.
Die Wohnung ist Komplett ausgestattet.
In der Wohnküche kannst du dir deine lieblings Gerichte kochen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Badezimmer, ein Gäste WC und ein Wohnzimmer.
Im "Wirtschaftsraum" befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.
