Hallo, ich suche ab dem 01.07.2011 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Marienstraße und bietet hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Entlang der Straße gibt es nette Cafes und Cocktailbars.
Die City ist gerade einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Meine Wohnung beinhaltet eine neue Einbauküche (5 Monate alt), gepflegtes Laminat in allen Räumen. Hochwertiges PVC in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit 28 m² sehr geräumig.
Die Einbauküche und eventuell Badmöbel möchte Ich für einen Abstand in der Wohnung lassen.
